It is winter in Wolf Print, and a thin layer of snow is starting to cover the frozen ground. Many of the water sources are cold and frozen, and game is low, with few resources out and about.

Wolf Print v3 is done! [= Please start moving over there. You may keep your same characters, or only bring some. Be sure to fill out the create a character forms before you start. Also, we've decided the same alphas will remain on v3, though the Light pack is up for grabs since the alphess is inactive. In 5 days, I will be disabling posting here on v2, and everyone will be expected to start posting on v3. Neutral Ocean A small beach, lined with rocks and sea gulls. The ocean spray is very refreshing. But when winter comes, it's an cold and icy beach of death. This rather large beach, is filled with life all about. The sky here, is usually a clear blue, yet once in a short while, a horrid storm sweeps this beach up among its grasp. The sands here are of a tan hue, whilst the shrubs that line the beach's borders, are dry and lifeless. Fish are plentiful here, although fish taste...salty. Moderators: Darkie, Akasha
Neutral River A small river with salman and trout. With big rocks to pounce and play on. Large willow trees droop over the waters edge. This river's current is not strong at all, so wolves may wade into it. The grass that lines the edges of this river, are of a dull green, whilst the water a light sapphire blue shade. Many wolves enjoy laying upon the willow tree's branches, so that they cave look down into the deep depths of the water, and watch the salmon and trout swim upstream. Winds usually rather soothing, as well as the icy cold water. The air seems to be filled with the pine scents of the forest, for the border of a pine forest is near. Moderators: Darkie, Akasha
Neutral Lake A huge lake with small grassy beaches. There are catfish and sunfish that will go after your toes if you swim out too deep. This lake glistens and shines, as the rays of light penetrate it's surface. The sapphire water looks so smooth and slick, very enchanting for one to behold. Cattails and such are among this pond, as well as other freshwater plants. Shadows playing at the bottom of the lake, which belong to large fish, of all kinds. For some odd reason, the grass that surrounds this lake seems to be of different colors, such as brown, gold, and a light hue of pink.. Moderators: Darkie, Akasha
Neutral Forest A deep forest with large trees of many types. They cast large shadows that will be cool in the summer, and icy in the winter. Many wolves inhabit this terrain. In the autumn, beautiful leaves drift from the trees, and paint the bare earth with magical colors. The moist forest will sometimes leave deww upon the leaves, leaving them to look as if they were the rainbow themselves. What a dazzling, and mysterious place this it.
Neutral Mountain A beautiful large mountain, with snow upon the top. It overlooks all of the pack lands, and is a beautiful sight to behold. Eagles make their abode around this place, and every so often you can here their powerful cries of freedom. Wolves feel free as the wind blows smoothly into their face, as if they could soar along with the predators of the very sky. The feeling one gets up here, is what almost every wolf lusts for. The feeling that makes you feel secure, free, and wild. Mist is bountiful, but clouds fight to exist as the sun shines through. Oh yes, this is in every wolf's dreams. Clear Cuts This land was clear cut a couple years ago. So there are dead logs and twigs everywhere. There is little grass or flowers. Small trees about 10 feet high are the largest plants that grow. The sweet scent of saw dust is in the air, though it's not a good thing. Humans still linger here, and slowly but surely they are making the forest smaller and smaller, as they chop down more and more trees. Animals lose their lives, lose their homes, lose their family and friends sometimes. The humans don't seem to care, they laugh when they see such things, as if they don't even have a heart. It's cold here, and the frightening buzz of the chainsaws sweep through the air. Trees are falling here and there, large machines are roaring over the earth. It's all very confusing and frightening. You wouldn't want to be here alone..
Iced Lake A medium-sized lake, that is carpeted with thick, frigid ice. A heavy amount of snow layers over the ice, making it even harder to get the prey one lusts. Not only does salmon and such live here, but moose, elk, and deer as well. All of the animals here are more well-built then others, since they have to rough it up, in this rather harsh environment. This place in for the rough wolves; only ones that know how to properly survive in these harsh conditions. Animals here are bigger then usual as well, so even if they take more effort and time to bring down, that would make a long lasting meal for all. But there is a catch- Not only one wolf can bring down one of these massive beasts, oh no. It would take 2 or more. Besides the fish, since they are medium in size. Azure Waterfall A peaceful waterfall, with a large pool of water at it's base. Small streams flow out of the pool, making trickling sounds. Songs of the birds that dwell here pout like sweet water from the branches of the lush trees, and into the smooth wind. Plently of privacy around, bushes, large rocks, cracks in the earth, caves, and burrows are easily found. There is a special place behind the curtain of sapphire water, where some wolves favor the most. As the water falls from the heavens, it creates a song of it's own. A memorable song, that will play over and over in your mind day after day. The clouds are a cotton alabaster, and the sky is always a soft watercolor blue. Moderators: Darkie, Akasha, Georgia
Peaceful Forest A pleasant forest. Sounds of rushing water come from a nearby waterfall. Small birds make nests here, so there are always birds chirping and singing. The trees all about dance with the wind, and their leaves clang together and create a harmonic tune. The leaves dance about one's feet 'neath the huge, aged, towering trees. Shadows are cast over the realm from above, leaving only a splinter of light to seep through here and there. Of course, in the night it's the exact opposite of peaceful. Chaos and murderous shreiks fill the forest, from all kinds of predators. Beast are lurking within the shadows, waiting for someone to get near, before they strike.
